Pay Range - $28 to $33.90/hour
Overview
Support MBA and undergraduate recruiting programs through event execution, stakeholder coordination, recruiting operations, and candidate engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate campus recruiting events, interview days, and candidate engagement programs
Support company and MBA recruiting activities, including candidate filtering and recruiting logistics
Manage the annual recruiting calendar and key recruiting milestones
Maintain recruiting materials, swag, event collateral, and marketing assets
Support recruiting workflows and job postings in Workday
Manage recruiting campaigns, events, and candidate communications in Avature CRM
Develop initial drafts of recruiting communications, briefing materials, and speaking points as needed
Coordinate with university partners, affinity organizations, and external recruiting groups (e.g., Forte, Thrive, CPI)
Support outreach and event promotion through Handshake and other campus channels
Target Profile
1-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, campus recruiting, recruiting operations, project management, or event management
Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Familiarity with recruiting systems (Workday, Avature, Handshake, or similar platforms) preferred
Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
